By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy and Returns Policy.

1. Our products

We sell babies and kids clothing. We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but screens differ, so a colour may look slightly different in person. Model photos show how a piece can look when worn. Where a model image has been created or enhanced digitally, we say so on the product page.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Nigerian naira (₦). Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not see or store your card details.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items in your bag. We accept your order when payment is confirmed and you receive our confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or there is a mistake in the price or description, we will contact you and either offer an alternative or give you a full refund.

4. Pieces shipped from the UK or USA

Some pieces are marked “Ships from the UK or USA”. These are not in our Lagos stock yet. They arrive in Lagos with our next UK or USA shipment, and your order is held for that shipment and then delivered. The expected landing date is shown on the product page and at checkout. Dates are estimates and may move if shipping or customs are delayed. We will keep you informed, and if the delay is long you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Delivery, returns and exchanges

Delivery is covered by our Delivery Policy. Returns and exchanges are covered by our Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law.

6. Your account and orders

You can check your orders by signing in with the email address you used at checkout. We send a sign-in link to that email, so please keep your email account secure. You are responsible for giving us a correct delivery address and contact details.

7. Using the website

Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, copy it in bulk or use it to send spam. The photos, text, logo and design on this website belong to Cub & Cradle or its licensors and may not be reused without our written permission.

8. Our responsibility

We take care to supply goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for delays caused by events beyond our control such as courier or customs delays, strikes or severe weather. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies to your order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that we cannot settle between us will be dealt with by the courts of Lagos State.
