Our story
Cub & Cradle began with a simple idea: little ones deserve clothes that feel as good as they look. We choose soft fabrics, cheerful colours and pieces that stand up to a busy day of playing, learning and growing.
From first outfits to school-run favourites, every piece is picked with parents in mind, easy to wash, comfortable to wear and lovely enough to keep for the photographs.
We are based in Lagos and deliver across Nigeria. Some pieces are ready in our Lagos stock. A small selection arrives from the UK and USA in shipments, and those are clearly marked on the product page.
Delivery
- In stock in Lagos: delivered within Lagos in 2 to 4 days.
- Other states: sent by courier, usually within a few working days. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
- From the UK or USA: these pieces arrive in Lagos with our next shipment. Your order is held for that shipment, then delivered. The landing date is on the product page.
- Tracking: every order gets a tracking number, so you can follow it any time on our tracking page.

Payment
We use Paystack, so you can pay by card, bank transfer or USSD. Your card details go straight to Paystack and are never seen or stored by us.
Returns and exchanges
If something is not right, tell us within 7 days of receiving your order. Unworn items with their tags can be exchanged for another size or returned for a refund. Full details are in our Returns Policy.

Children grow at different speeds, so use this as a guide. If your child is between sizes, we suggest the larger one.

Questions people ask
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking number in your confirmation on our tracking page, or open My orders and sign in with the email you used at checkout.
What does “ships from the UK or USA” mean?
Those pieces are not in our Lagos stock yet. They arrive in Lagos with our next shipment from the USA. Once you order, we hold your piece for that shipment and then deliver it to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on WhatsApp or by email as soon as possible. If your order has not left us yet, we will gladly change it.
Do you deliver outside Lagos?
Yes, we deliver across Nigeria. The delivery fee for your state is shown at checkout.
Is it safe to pay on your site?
Yes. Payments are handled by Paystack, one of Nigeria’s most trusted payment companies. We never see or store your card details.
Are these gifts easy to send?
Yes. Enter the recipient’s address at checkout and tell us in a message if you would like a gift note.
