Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you and your little one to love every piece. If something is not right, here is how we put it right.

Tell us within 7 days

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, by email at hello@cubandcradle.com.ng, on WhatsApp, or through our contact form. Give us your order number and tell us what the problem is.

What can be returned or exchanged

• Items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with the tags still on.
• Items that arrived damaged, faulty or not as described. We will exchange them or refund you in full, including delivery.
• Wrong size: we will exchange for another size if it is in stock.

What cannot be returned

• Items that have been worn, washed or altered.
• Underwear, socks, swimwear and hair accessories, for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

How a return works

1. Contact us within 7 days.
2. We will confirm the return and tell you where to send or hand over the item.
3. Once we have received and checked it, we will send your exchange or refund.

If you are returning an item only because you changed your mind or chose the wrong size, the delivery cost of the return is paid by you. If the item was faulty or not as described, we pay.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paystack and normally reach you within 5 to 10 working days after we approve the return.

Pieces shipped from the UK or USA

If you ordered a piece that ships from the UK or USA, you can cancel for a full refund at any time before the shipment lands in Lagos. After it lands and is delivered to you, the rules above apply.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law, which we do not limit.
