Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across Nigeria. Delivery fees depend on your state and are shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

• In stock in Lagos, delivered in Lagos: 2 to 4 working days after your payment is confirmed.
• In stock in Lagos, delivered to other states: usually 3 to 7 working days, depending on the courier and location.
• Pieces from the UK or USA: these arrive in Lagos with our next UK or USA shipment. Your order is held for that shipment, then delivered. The landing date is shown on the product page and at checkout, and delivery follows using the timings above.

If your order has pieces from both places, we deliver everything together after the UK or USA shipment lands, unless you ask us to send the in-stock pieces first.

Tracking

Every order has a tracking number. You can follow it on our tracking page or by signing in to My orders.

Your address and phone number

Please check your address and phone number carefully. Couriers call before delivery, so keep your phone on. If a delivery fails because of a wrong address or because nobody could be reached, we will contact you to arrange another attempt, and an extra delivery fee may apply.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Courier, weather, customs or public holiday delays can happen. We will keep you informed if your order is running late.

Damaged or missing parcels

Check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours at hello@cubandcradle.com.ng so we can sort it out quickly.
